We aim to get it right first time but in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days for unopened and unused non-perishable items that meet the requirements for return and 1 day return for unopened and unused perishable items that meet the requirements for return.!

Return conditions include the following;

• Item must be unused, unopened and in a fit condition.

• Your invoice must be presented for proof of purchase

The following are the return instructions;

1. Send a complaint, via our contact center which includes pictures of the item.

2. Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.

3. Once the item has been received we will ensure you get a replacement, an exchange or a refund.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns

• Items altered from its original state.

• Product with tampered or missing seal.

• Product damaged due to misuse.

REFUNDS

Genuinely faulty goods will be credited in full for the item, where you decline replacement or an exchange. The refund will be by the same payment method. We may make a deduction if the goods have lost value because you have handled them more than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If returning an unwanted item, the parcel is your responsibility. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel.

If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by us or for a faulty item, we will pay for the cost of postage for the returned item(s).
